(NASDAQ:TTES) reported fourth quarter 2009 net income of $3.4 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, compared to $4.1 million, or $0.32 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2009. The third quarter results include the benefit of an insurance claim settlement related to Hurricane Ike of just under $1.1 million, or $0.05 per diluted share after tax.
